Jefferson County Parks and Rec in conjunction with JUMP! applied for a state RCO grant through the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) and came in 2nd out of 80 applicants overall and Number 1 in Parks Projects! We are now able to move forward with Phase 1 of a 2 phase million dollar project to build the JUMP! playground and make ADA enhancements to HJ Carroll County Park.
